We utilize Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL for more robust database applications where the requirements prove too weighty for MS Access or Visual FoxPro databases. This is typically due to the number of transactions required to operate the system, or where speed with many users is critical.
Level of Security: Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL also provide an additional level of security for our clients. Data is only accessible via the application, and the system requires either individual user or windows authentication for maximum protection. SQL code is written to protect your data, while taking advantage of the speed and sophistication of SQL.
