The owner, Keith Hicks, has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with an emphasis on computers.As experienced Custom Software Developers, we are very good at understanding our client's business. We make use of one of the best remote support tools available (ConnectWise) to update applications and assist our customers. In fact, one of our customers in Cleveland, OH gets quicker service from us than from their previous programmers who were local because of the time it took for them to drive to them from across town.
